Beginner Foundations 6 Week Course - Mondays

In the 6 Week Beginner Foundations Course, students will focus on several postural modalities found tin regular yoga classes. The focus changes from course to course so you can follow up with a second course to cover new content throughout the year. We will dive deeper into your unique alignment education, understanding of movement pathways and most importantly, connection with our Self through yoga.
This course is helpful for all students, whether you are new to yoga or continuing to refine your practice. The program is carefully designed and facilitated for students to accumulate knowledge, ask questions, refine and build from week to week and consolidate their new practice in the final weeks.  If you have never practised yoga before or you have questions you have always wanted to ask, book now - the learning will be rich! All students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Following completion of the Foundations Course, students can continue into the next Foundation Courses or or move into any regular classes. 

  • Mondays 515pm - 615pm 12/8, 19/8, 26/8, 2/9, 9/9, 16/9

Booking essential. No casual enrolment. Please book early to avoid disappointment. All courses have been fully booked since beginning.

$95 per Six Week Course.

Meditation & Restorative 6 Week Course for Developing a Home Practice - Thursdays

Get grounded in the basic foundations of Meditation and Restorative Yoga for establishing a routine home practice. In this course we will explore easy-to-remember breath techniques, concentration and relaxation tools and several deeply restorative yoga postures to come back to your heart at home. We will also provide tips on how to overcome the roadblocks that may appear when attempting to practise on your own. If you have ever tried to meditate and had a million questions, felt defeated or simply not been able to remember what yoga postures will help you soften, this is the course for you. 
The program is carefully designed and facilitated for students to accumulate knowledge, ask questions, refine and build from week to week and consolidate their new practice in the final weeks.  If you have never practised yoga before or if you are very experienced yet you have questions you have always wanted to ask, book now - the learning will be rich! All students are encouraged to work at their own pace.

  • Thursdays 515pm - 615pm 15/8, 22/8, 29/8, 5/9, 12/9, 19/9

Beginner Flow 6 Week Course - Thursdays

A course for any student looking to refine transitions that you will commonly experience in modern yoga classes.  Avoid unnecessary injury by taking your time to understand and adapt movement pathways and postures to suit your anatomy and purpose for practice. We will focus on a select variety of movement pathways in each course. As such, each course will be different so you can build your education throughout the year. There will be opportunity to build strength and confidence as we access peak postures in a variety of ways over the six week course. You will not be bored! Students are encouraged to begin with a Foundations course if they are new to yoga, but welcome to dive in and swim and begin with the Flow course.

  • Thursdays 515pm - 615pm
    6/9, 13/9, 20/9, 27/9, 4/10, 11/10
