Beginner Foundations 6 Week Course - Saturdays

In the 6 Week Beginner Foundations Course, students will focus on several postural modalities which will change from course to course. So, you could do the course for the duration of the year and continue to learn new information. We will dive deeper into our alignment education, understanding of movement pathways and most importantly, connection with our Self through yoga.
This course is helpful for all students, whether you are new to yoga or continuing to refine your practice. The program is carefully designed and facilitated for students to accumulate knowledge, ask questions, refine and build from week to week and consolidate their new practice in the final weeks.  If you have never practised yoga before or you have questions you have always wanted to ask, book now - the learning will be rich! All students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Following completion of the Foundations Course, students can continue into the next Foundation Course or easily progress to the following Beginner Flow 6 Week Course. 

  • Saturdays 930am - 1030am
    8/9, 15/9, 22/9, (no class 29/9) 6/10, (no class 13/10) 20/10, 27/10 

Booking essential. No casual enrolment. Please book early to avoid disappointment. All courses have been fully booked throughout 2017 and 2018. 

$90 per Six Week Course.

Missed Class Policy
Missed classes due to illness can be made up in another beginner class on the schedule pending availability and prior approval by Julieanne. Missed classes due to illness are to be taken preferably within the same 6 week block although we endeavour to be flexible when this is not possible. Please check the dates against your availability when committing to your chosen course. Changes can only be made due to unforeseen illness and circumstance.
