A course for any student looking to refine transitions that you will commonly experience in modern yoga classes. Avoid unnecessary injury by taking your time to understand and adapt movement pathways and postures to suit your anatomy and purpose for practice. We will focus on a select variety of movement pathways in each course. As such, each course will be different so you can build your education throughout the year. There will be opportunity to build strength and confidence as we access peak postures in a variety of ways over the six week course. You will not be bored! Students are encouraged to begin with a Foundations course if they are new to yoga, but welcome to dive in and swim and begin with the Flow course.

Missed Class Policy
Missed classes due to illness can be made up in another beginner class on the schedule pending availability and prior approval by Julieanne. Missed classes due to illness are to be taken preferably within the same 6 week block although we endeavour to be flexible when this is not possible. Please check the dates against your availability when committing to your chosen course. Changes can only be made due to unforeseen illness and circumstance.
