In the 6 Week Beginner Foundations Course, students will explore the key transitions of Vinyasa yoga practice alongside use of breath to regulate the nervous system. If you have ever struggled with getting up and down from the floor, stepping through, jumping back, landing your feet or catching your breath - we are going to unpack these moments that often sweep past so quickly in modern yoga classes that you don’t even know they have happened until you injure yourself by repeating them poorly over and over. We will pack them back together in a way that suits your unique being to find a yoga ‘flow’ state that is sustainable and effective.
This course is helpful for all students, whether you are new to yoga or continuing to refine your practice. The program is carefully designed and facilitated for students to accumulate knowledge, ask questions, refine and build from week to week and consolidate their new practice in the final weeks. If you have never practised yoga before or you have questions you have always wanted to ask, book now - the learning will be rich! All students are encouraged to work at their own pace.

Missed Class Policy
Missed classes due to illness can be made up in another beginner class on the schedule pending availability and prior approval by Julieanne. Missed classes due to illness are to be taken within the same 6 week block although we are flexible when this is not possible. Please check the dates against your availability when committing to your chosen course. Changes can only be made due to illness.
