Gather yourself and your friend for a Sunday morning spent receiving deep rest. Restorative Yoga postures are held in a reclined position for longer periods of time in a safe and supported manner. In this semi-private session, limited to just five participants, you will received compassionate guidance from Julieanne with the time, space and as many comfortable bolsters and blankets you need, to unravel tension in the body, ease your breath to a natural pace and be open to yourself. Perfect for anyone experiencing physical or mental fatigue seeking to soothe the body and mind.
