One-to-One & Small Groups available

One-to-One Yoga

Enjoy the way yoga was traditionally taught…. the teacher listening carefully to the goals of the individual student and cultivating unique practices to help them find their path towards peace.

Sessions may include discussion, exploration of movement, breathing techniques or meditation. Your needs at the time steer the session.

One-to-One Yoga might be for you if:

  • you want to discuss more comfortable ways of participate in group classes

  • you would like a program to follow at home

  • you are looking for techniques to soothe or to energise

  • you need a different time to the group schedule

  • you find the group environment challenging

One-to-One Yoga is not intended for:

  • diagnosis or therapeutic intervention of physical or mental health

 

Small Group Yoga

Groups of up to four can enjoy coming together at a time that suits them.

The focus of the session could be for the whole group.
Or potentially focussed on one participant’s needs with the support of their friends or family in the session.

Or if you simply want to show up and be guided through yoga by your experienced teacher, that is fine too!

Small Group Yoga might be for you if:

  • you and your walking/gym buddies/colleagues need a change of pace

  • you and your group have a particular focus in mind eg guided relaxation,

  • you are coming together socially and looking for an alternative to a food or beverage focused activity

  • you need a different time to the studio schedule

Small Group Yoga is not intended for:

  • groups larger than 4. Please contact Julieanne to enquire about Corporate Yoga or Special Events

  • diagnosis or therapeutic intervention of physical or mental health
